During my time with Marvel, much of my time was dedicated to processing newer acquisitions. Primarily when Disney acquired the rights to Star Wars, we had to make sure thousands of books were up-to-snuff for release on our digital platform, Marvel Unlimited.
This page was drafted under several revisions to serve as a replacement credits page for foreign translations of Marvel books. The file was composed primarily across Illustrator and InDesign, designed to be easily and quickly edited for any book.
This credits page was built in Illustrator from scratch to accommodate style from it’s original publication with the new trade standards under Disney/Marvel/Lucasfilm
All assets recreated by me, by hand.
The 1998 Star Wars comic series was not built with online release in mind. As such, most work files couldn’t be reclaimed. So this is nearly a note-for-note recreation of the credits page original seen in print, only now accounting for new publication information. Work was done mostly in Photoshop closing out in InDesign.
